 Preplan Rake Loading With the Contractor Supervisor & Labour like Track Cleaning, Petcoke Shipment,

 Generation of FAN( Filing Advice Note ) slip through SAP .
 Handling of Petroleum coke and Sulphur , Fly ash Dispatched through Road .
 Receiving of Bilty By customers & check the lorry fitness and condition for normal dispatched.
 All area monitoring for cleaning and parepared lorries dispatch report send by mail.
