and 10 mm into 0 across vamp

 Why?

To avoid visible Toe Puff through

upper

To make all the skiving one operation;

anyhow Vamp Toe Puff needs 10 mm
skiving across vamp for minimizing
profiling

To retain full strength where the last

has a vertical shape
