In case of a medical incident, this insurance covers the traveller in all countries of the Schengen Area for the following:

• Medical expenses incurred in the Schengen Area, up to EUR30,000¹ including emergency dental expenses up to EUR100. Zero deductible/copay.
• Medical Repatriation.
• Transport of mortal remains.

If any medical expenses covered by this policy are charged in a currency other than Euro the exchange rate to be used to calculate the Euro equivalent shall
be the rate on the date of the incident that can be found on the website of the European Central Bank:
