    I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to formally request a consultative meeting to
    discuss and plan the upcoming United Nations Celebration at Daraga National High School. As we all know, this event
    holds great significance in promoting global awareness and fostering unity among our students.
    Event Name: United Nations Celebration 2023
    Tentative Date: November 6-10, 2023
    Location: Daraga National High School

    Purpose of the Meeting:


    The primary objective of this meeting is to collaboratively plan and organize a successful United Nations Celebration. We
    aim to create an event that not only educates students about the importance of international cooperation but also
    celebrates the rich diversity within our school community.
    Agenda:
    1. United Nations Celebrations 2013
    a. Explanation of the meeting's purpose and goals
    b. Assigning responsibilities and forming subcommittees
    c. Creating a rough timeline leading up to the event
    d. Budget and Funding
    e. Discussing how to promote the event within the school and the wider community
    f. Exploring ways to engage students and encourage their active participation

    Please consider this letter as a formal invitation to attend the consultative meeting for JHS Teachers and SHS Social
    Science Teachers. Your input and active participation are crucial to the success of the United Nations Celebration at
    Daraga National High School. We value your insights and ideas, and together, we can create a memorable and
    educational event for our students.

    The proposed date and time for the meeting is September 19, 2023 at 11:30 am to 12:45 pm which will be held at
    Araling Panlipunan Faculty Room.
