I. Regular
a. Management of Property Valuation Services
 Conduct appraisal and prepare reports on residential, 8 accts per 20 days per
commercial, industrial, real estate, chattels and other month (ave.) acct (ave.)
agricultural projects eligible for financing and/or investment
including the Bank’s acquired and existing assets. Appraisal
activities involved planning, field and research work (i.e.
ocular inspection, technical identification including verification
of titles and other pertinent documents, canvass of prices and
analysis of data gathered, etc.) processing and data
information gathered into value and report writing;
II. Intervening
 As an Alternate Credit Investigator, receive and encode as need
incoming and outgoing documents from/to various units arises
such as requests for CI/BI and Prepare Credit Information
Reports for Local CI and transmit requests for basic CI to
PVCID HO.
 As PSO, do the property custodianship, requisition, as need
inspection, payment voucher documentation and monitoring arises
of office supplies and inventory of various Field Team
equipments.
 As Alternate Timekeeper, monitors submission of all as need
attendance records of the unit, prepares Time and arises
Attendance Report (TAR) every 15th day of the month and
for the signature of employees concerned and submit to PAD.
