Purpose Of the Position

Market Audit play an important role to establish an organized team through monitoring the following
area:
Proper utilization of promotional material co promote the products, checking the monitoring paper of
field personnel, proper use of credit facility, ensure ethical business, market coverage, searching the
business opportunity, personal activity of personnel, special assignment demanded by Marketing
Department. Monitoring the total activity of sales field forces whether they are working by the
company's guideline Marketing report on the basis of Findings.

Reporting to Managing Director

Working Condition

 Full Time
 Should stay office normally.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

 Conduct training for the newly appointed person for MIS Department.
 To help the preparation of survey schedule for presence and absence survey.
 If necessary contact to different doctors about monthly donation whether they received or not,
 Monitoring the survey report which is sending survey man regular basis to the head office and
also help to the data entry officer to preparation their monthly report.
 Preparation a report regarding market rate of our products in the different wholesale medicine
market.
 To control the under rate and unethical practices analyze the audit report and prepared a
report.
 Submit competitor acti ity report on regular basis.
 Conduct a monthly meeting with MIR.

 Visit different territories regular basis to observe our overall activity, such as doctor coverage,
chemist coverage, hospital & private clinic coverage, our prescription condition, etc.
 To offer the overall activity of all personnel of MIS & Market Audit.
 Preparation of yearly budge of the department and yeah appraisal all employee of the
department.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

· Masters from reputed University.


· Should have 5-15 years experience in different positions of the field level in reputed
pharmaceutical company.
· Should have sufficient knowledge and experience about survey and market audit.
· Should have good presentation skill in both English & Bengali.
· Well leadership ability.
· Have computer literacy in Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Internet Browsing,

DETAILED DUTIES & RESMONSIBILITIES

1. Lunch Note , Morning & Evening Snacks Arrangement :


 Prepare lunch note and send it to the Orion Pharma everyday and
preserve for record.
 Arrange every day Morning Snacks for Head Office Personnel.
 Monthly deduction entry to the payroll for lunch and forward report to
Accounting Department.

2. Office Environment Management:


 Make sure office environment is neat and clean.
 Make sure wash rooms are well decorated as well as hygienic.
 Make sure all the electric instruments are working properly.
.

3. Prepare Product Discount Letter:


 Prepare Discount Letter as per approval and 1 copy forward to IT
Department, 1 copy to Depot and 1 copy preserved with approval in the
Head Office.

4. Renewal of different type of Certificate and License of the Company:


 Receiving the stationary from Commercial Department and distribute to
the concerned departments as per their requirements.

5. Visiting Card and ID Card:


 Prepare Visiting Card & ID Card and send it to the vendor.
 After checking the proof and handed over the concerned person.

6. Monthly Stationary receiving and ensuring proper distribution :


 Receiving the stationary from Commercial Department and distribute to
the concerned departments as per their requirements.

7. Over Time:

 Collecting overtime sheet from the Drivers, Peon, Supporting staff etc
then checked and forwarded to Internal Audit Department.

8. Uniform Distribution:
 Providing & distributing uniforms for peons, security guards & drivers.

9. Logistical Support for Sister Concerns:


 Providing peons, security guards & drivers for other Sister concerns.
