This Judicial Affidavit of MIRA BALABA GAYRAMON, is executed to

serve as her direct testimony in the instant case.

I, MIRA BALABA GAYRAMON, of legal age, and a resident of barangay 5

Balingasag Misamis Oriental state under oath as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

being offered to prove that she is the neighbor of herein defendants, and to prove
that defendants are actual occupants, possessors and residents of #030, capili–

A- I am MIRA BALABA GAYRAMON, 45 years old, neighbor of

defendants of legal age, Filipino and a resident of brgy 5, Balingasag Misamis
Oriental

2. Q – Are you fully conscious/aware that you are answering the

questions that I will ask of you under oath and you may face criminal
liability for false testimony or perjury?
 A – Yes, I am conscious of that, sir;

3. Q – Why are you here in my law office?

A – To give my testimony and testify about a civil case filed against

spouses Anacleto and Narcis Cailing.

4. Q – What is your testimony all about?

A – My testimony is to prove that we are close friends and neighbors

and Residents of Barangay 5, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental, and to establish
actual possession and occupation by the Spouses Anacleto and Narcis Cailing,
on the real property that they occupied as Family home particularly at no. 030
brgy 5, Balingasag Misamis Oriental.

5. Q – Why are you close friends?

A – Because I and their eldest son, Erwin Cailing are childhood

friends.

6. Q – Where is their house or property located?

A – It is located at #030 capili – roa Street Barangay 5, Poblacion,

Balingasag, Misamis Oriental.

7. Q – How long have you been neighbors?

A – Since reaching the legal age, or 27 years.

8. Q – Why did you say that they are actual occupants?

A – Because they built a house on the land with postal address #030
capili – roa street Balingasag, Misamis, Oriental, and used it as their family
home.

9. Q – What can you say about the Cailing family?

A – they are good friends and neighbors.

10. Q – Do you have anything else to say?

A – No more sir.

11. Q – Do you affirm and confirm the truthfulness of your statements in

this affidavit.
A – Yes, sir.
