* Managed the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and equipment for Webert Corporation
ensuring cost-efficiency of all purchases are considered.
* Conducts Inventory Analysis on a monthly-basis to ensure supplies are sufficient.
* Conducts Year-end stocktake of all internal and external supplies.
* Reviews and evaluates offers and promos and makes recommendations
to the General Manager for approval
* Ensures that comparative pricing and quotations are obtained and reviewed thoroughly.
* Establish and maintain contact with vendors to check on supply and equipment availability, invoices,
purchase
orders, and contracts.
* Reviews accuracy of purchase orders before requesting for final approval
* Manages and resolves purchasing issues and problems on inaccurate orders, invoices, shipment, quality
DETAILED JOB
DESCRIPTION
in a timely fashion.
* Prepares or checks purchase orders and monitor all purchase requisitions to determine accuracy of
information, calculations, coding, etc.
* Administer contracts and handle adjustments with suppliers, including replacement of material not
conforming to specifications, cancellation of orders, and ensuring receipt of proper credit.
* Maintain suppliers, vendor and partners databas and updates the file regularly.
* Work closely with other relevant departments to ensure procurement processes and initiatives are
accurately executed.
* Follow up Purchase Orders to Suppliers
* Ensure purchases do not exceed budget
* Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals and ensure that appropriate reports are created
for the management.
* Perform other duties and tasks assigned by any authorized company representative when required.
Work Experience:
* At least 4 years experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or Supervisor, Supply Chain Management or
any equivalent roles in the retail and distribution industry or any related field.
* Knowledge of competitive bidding statutes and purchasing procedures
* Extensive experience in Inventory management
* Knowledge and Experience in any ERP or Procurement Systems
* Knowledge of auditing and accounting principles is a plus
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
WORK * Proficiency skills in file maintenance
EXPERIENCE * Ability to work with numbers in an accurate and rapid manner
REQUIREMENTS * Ability to develop spreadsheets, databases is an advantage
* Excellent Analytical Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications is an advantage
* Solid experience in problem-solving analysis,
* Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
* Results-oriented and highly responsible and reliable
* Excellent communciations skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
* Contract Management experience.

The role is:


* Office-based in Malabon Head Office
Working Conditions:
* Some travel may be required going to customer site or for any company support requirement or
initiative.

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent educational qualification


* 2 to 3 years Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Inventory Analysis.
* Experience and Knowledge in ERP or any procurement system.
* NBI Clearance, Police Clearance
