    I. OVERVIEW OF THE FAMILY


    Arban Family is in the form of a nuclear family, with two offspring. Living
    happily and contented in life and loves to bond through going out. The father, Darwin
    Arban, is the head of the family, he is employed as a security guard in Quezon City.
    Jenizza Arban on the other hand is a housewife and she is responsible for making
    decisions regarding the family’s health care as well as money matters. Darwin’s earned
    money sustains the needs of the whole family. The couple has two children, 11-year-old
    John Matthew Arban and 4-year-old Liam Kenta Arban. Despite living happily and
    contentedly, the family has one concern: Liam has a history of bronchopneumonia.
    Although the sickness is no longer evident, there are still potential risks to consider and
    various factors that may impair the well-being of the individual experiencing the
    condition. We were instructed to conduct an interview and observations on the specified
    households. we as student nurses, notice the poor sanitary state of the family's
    environment, as evidenced by the inadequate drainage system. As a part of community
    health nurses, we worked together to make a family nursing care plan in order to assess
    this family.
