 Piping Design and Equipment Modelling for Exchangers, Separator, Coalescer, Glycol Absorber,
Scrubbers, Injection gas compressor, Inter stage & Discharge coolers Flare System Piping etc.
using with SP3D Piping modelling.
 Performed P & ID Mechanization, walkdowns, tie-in locations, complete system walkdowns,
routing of piping system. Worked together with structural group on equipment pumps and piping
locations.

Responsibilities
 SP3D Piping modelling in Design of wellhead piping’s, flow lines, trunk lines and scraper trap
piping’s.
 Development of plot plans for Clusters which includes Oil production, WAG (water Alternate
Gas), WI (Water Injection), water disposal wells.
 Piping design & detail engineering of Central processing plant (CPP) area which covers
Launcher/receivers, Production manifolds, Slug catcher, flare system, flare seal drum,
 FST tanks, tank knock out drums, flare seal drum /tank KO drum/Export and Booster pumps,
 CBD vessel, firefighting, Quality metering skid.
 Piping design & detail engineering of Cluster Area which covers Oil production/WAG/Water wells,
Production & test manifold, Gas/Water injection manifolds, Well head piping, Let-down &Gas lift

& SUPPORTS (DURATION: 6 MONTHS)

 Plan and supervise the piping equipment layout based on inputs received from process and
project departments.
 Supervise the design of the piping layouts based on P&ID (Piping and Instrument Design layout).
 Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to solicit any inputs or changes in engineering
design with need to be incorporated to finalize piping design layout.
 Prepare the work plan for the piping department to draw up the quantum of work and work out
