Appointment of Insurance Broker

This letter confirms that as of September 9 nd, 2022 we have appointed PT. Marsh Indonesia as our
insurance broker for PT. GERBANG CAHAYA UTAMA for the services as specified in the Standard Scope
& Terms of Trade.

FKS Insurance Policies for the period 30 September 2022 – 30 September 2023, for the following
Insurance classes :
 Industrial All Risk Insurance, including Earthquake Insurance
 Machinery Breakdown Insurance
 Heavy Equipment Insurance
 Motor Vehicle Insurance

This appointment rescinds all previous appointments and the authority contained herein shall remain in
full force until cancelled in writing.

PT Marsh Indonesia is hereby authorised to negotiate directly with any interested company as respect
changes in existing insurance policies and in closing, changing, increasing or cancelling insurance carried
under temporary binders or cover notes. We understand, however, that PT. Marsh Indonesia will has no
responsibilities for any deficiencies in the insurance program to which this letter applies until they have
had a reasonable opportunity to complete a review and to provide us with their recommendations.

This letter also constitutes authority to all relevant parties including insurers to furnish PT. Marsh
Indonesia with all information they may request as it pertains to our insurance contracts, rates, rating
schedules, claims information, underwriting information, surveys, outstanding claims, reserves and all
other financial and technical data they may wish to obtain for their study of our present and future
requirement. We request that you do not communicate such information to anyone else.
