I HAVE AN IDEA!

In small group, you are going to come up with an idea that you would like to design a
business plan around. You will have to brainstorm ideas as a group. It would be best to narrow
down all your ideas and then present it.

What to include on your business plan?

Executive summary- this section outlines your business and includes the mission statement
along with any information about the business’s leadership, employees, operations, and location.

Products and services- here, you can outline the products and services you will offer, and may
also include pricing, product lifespan, and benefits to the consumer.

Market analysis- this section will detail your company’s competition and how the company fits
in the industry, along with its relative strengths and weaknesses.

Marketing strategy- this section describes how the company will attract and keep its customer
and how it intends to reach the consumer.

Budget- this section includes expenses related to the business.

 Presentation will be on October 9, 2023.

 Creatively present your business plan, you can make a PowerPoint presentation, or an
advertisement of your business, it is up to you.
 You will have 20 mins to present your business plan
 Provide a hard copy of your business plan (A4, Arial 12) to be submitted on October 16,
2023

Provides a concise, through overview and effectively
outlines main points of the plan.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Business idea is clearly conveyed. Detailed reason
for launch, description of service/product offered,
company’s vision and mission, market strategy and
budgeting were thoroughly addresses.
TEAMWORK/ PARTICIPATION
The group worked very well with each other, and the
presentation was shared equally among the group
members.
GROUP PRESENTATION
Presentations was very organized and was very easy
to follow. The presentation is well-planned and
executed cleanly.

TOTAL SCORE
