Employment Offer Letter

With reference to the discussions, you had with us, it gives us great pleasure to inform you that
we have found you suitable as below.
You shall be designated as Consultant - Band C in the organization and your function job title
would be QA Engineer.
We are pleased to offer the following compensation as part of your employment,

Employer’s PF contribution 21,600
Insurance (Medical, Accident, Term) 25,000

CTC (INR) 19,50,000

In additional to the above fixed CTC, per your eligibility you will be awarded performance linked
Bonus and Gratuity as per statutory norms.

Bonus** 1,95,000
**An indicative number is 10%, that varies based on performance.

This letter of offer is only provisional and your confirmation acknowledgement within five days to
the contents of this communication is a pre-requisite for the formal letter of appointment that will
be issued to you to confirm your appointment.

You will be on probation for a period of three months from the date of your appointment and your
probation is auto confirmed on completion of the probation duration unless otherwise
communicated to you in writing if the Company finds you to be not suitable for the appointed post.
Your joining location would be Bangalore and date of joining will be on or before 27 July 2022.
