We M/s Awadh Security Services Pvt Ltd, want to inform your office that our office were awarded with the tender for
carrying out the activity of Security Manpower Service at your premises for the period of 07-Dec-2022 to 06-Dec-2023.

With reference to the same subject, our office found certain disperencies in the payment render from your office end
against our office invoice number ASSPL/A364/23-24 amounting to INR 77,284/- but the payment of INR 51,812/- was
paid from your office end and our office invoice number ASSPL/454/23-24 amounting to INR 74,791/- but the payment
of INR 71,260/- was paid from your office end, thus creating the outstanding dues of INR 39,376.76/- are still not paid
or less paid from your good office end.With respect to the same, we request your office to kindly clarify us the reason
for such short payment against our invoices followed by providing the payment breakup of our invoice against which
same payment had been released from your office end.

At the end, we as a MSME firm seek for the above clarification at the earliest and the due date by which our office
should expect to get back the same due amount. Further, if your office finds no such dues in your book of accounts, we
humbly request your good office to forwards us the complete details of the same along with the ledger statement of
your office too.
