SUBMISSION OF BIDS
The bidders who are desirous of participating in ‘e’procurement shall submit their
Tender, in the Standard Formats prescribed in the Tender documents displaced at ‘e’market
place. The bidder shall invariably upload the Statement showing the list of documents to be
produced in support of their Tender.

The bidder shall sign on the statements, documents, certificates uploaded by him
accepting responsibility for their correctness / authenticity.

The attested copies of certificates; documents as listed in the Statement in support of

Technical bid are to be submitted by the bidder to the Superintending Engineer, so as to reach
before the date of concluding the Agreement. The bidder shall not submit any certificate /
documents other than those listed. Similarly, if any of the certificates, documents etc.,
furnished by the bidder is found to be false / fabricated / bogus the bidder will be suspended
from participating in tenders on e-procurement platform for a period of 3 years.

The following qualification information to fulfill the above eligibility criteria shall be
uploaded.
a) EMD shall be paid in the shape of Online Payment as per clause no.7 of G.O.Ms no.8,
Dt.08.05.2016.
b) Copy of Contractors Registration Certificate.
c) Contact phone number and Email ID.

genera. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to fully acquient himself with the nature
and location works, quarries, local conditions and other aspects which are relevant to the
