Executive Summary Single Parent is the one of the active group in Barangay Sto. Domingo, Vinzons, Camarines Norte. This Single Parent was built three years ago, and this group is made up of 30 plus members as of now. Single Parents were also active in all barangay activities. Also, this organization had its own project for all single parent members. This project was built last year, where all members had a chance to give a loan capital for their small businesses as an income for single parent. The project was helpful for every member, especially for those who had limited capital. This project was called loan capital, which in this process is if you are first time to loan you don't have an any interest to pay back, but in a second time to loan you need to pay 3% of your loan capital. This 3% interest goes to additional capital for the loan capital project. As a part of the previous project, we decided to continue that project, but we have new a rule for this loan, every Php.1,000.00 is 3%/month interest or Php.30.00/month. In this loan process, every single parent has a maximum loan amount up to Php.6,000.00 only and it will be paid up to one to three months only. To fast recovery of loan capital and to have giving a chance for another member to avail this loan capital project.
