Subject: Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and
Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018–Declaration of final
result for the State of Kerala-reg.

Final result of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam
Rifles Examination, 2018 was declared by the Commission on 21.01.2021 for all States/ UTs
except the State of Kerala recommending 54411 candidates ( Male- 46308, Female- 8103)
for the post of Constable(GD) and Rifleman(GD).
2. Hon’ble Kerala High Court vide its Order dated 20.01.2021 in WP(C) No. 24526 of
2020 and 35 other cases has directed to keep 200 vacancies unfilled for the petitioner
candidates. The result of Kerala State was not declared due to non-availability of details of
the Petitioners candidates like, category, area of vacancy etc. Accordingly, the result of state
of Kerala has now been processed by the Commission separately.

3. Keeping the above in view, category-wise break-up of the candidates provisionally

selected for appointment for the State of Kerala are as follows:

3.1 Female:

4. After declaration of the results of State of Kerala, the Commission has recommended
a total 55915 candidates ( Male-47582, Female-8333 ) for the post of Constable(GD)and
Rifleman(GD) in the said examination.

5. Category-wise details of vacancies, number of candidates selected and cut-off details

of the last selected candidates for the State of Kerala are given at Annexure-I (Female) and
Annexure-II (Male).

6. Candidature of 62 (female-8, male-54) candidates selected in the final result

requires further verifications. (List-3). Till the authenticity of their candidature is verified, their
result is kept withheld.

7. Accordingly, the list of male candidates and female candidates who are selected for
appointment to various CAPFs on the basis of the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA & SSF
and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018 against the vacancies of the State of
Kerala are as follows:

i. List-1: List of 222 female candidates provisionally recommended for appointment.

ii. List-2: List of 1220 male candidates provisionally recommended for appointment.
iii. List-3: List of 62 candidates whose result has been kept withheld.

8. Further, as per the court order dated 11.12.2020 passed in WP No. 4178/2020, one
male vacancy in General Area of Assam State has been kept vacant. In addition,
discrepancies were observed in the allocation of 1 ESM candidate in the State of Punjab and
1 candidate each in the States of Chhattisgarh and Tripura. Accordingly, the cut-offs of these
States have been revised as follows:
