1. That the above noted matter is pending before this Hon’ble court and is
fixed for today
2. That the applicant is sick as recently she has faced a heart stroke.
3. That the applicant has undergone a Bypass Heart Surgery and had faced a
heart attack and that’s the reason she is unable to attend the proceedings
of the court today.
4. That the non- appearance of the applicant is neither deliberate nor
intentional but due to the abovesaid reason.
