    REPORT

    In today’s official meeting firstly a brief introduction was given by


    our President, Vice – President, and General Secretary in which they
    have enlightened us with their ideas and plans of the upcoming Intra –
    Conventional Debate Competition. Teams such as the Research
    Team, Event Planning Team, Moderation Team, Marketing &
    External Relation, Tech Team, Feedback & Event Reporting, Speaker
    Training Program were introduced, and the committee members were
    asked to join the teams as per their area of interests and expertise.
    Also the committee members were asked to describe briefly about
    their purpose of joining the abovementioned teams. Our President,
    Vice-President and General Secretary has explained the various
    norms related to the procedure of debate quiet commendably. And at
    last our meeting turned out to be quiet a successful one with
    everyone’s commitment to work diligently and reach the pinnacle of
    our goal that is the upcoming Intra-Conventional Debate Competition.
