Dear Claudia

We recently interviewed three candidates for this position.


We have decided to appoint Chantal Lefevre.
I will briefly describe the candidate’s strength and explain the reasons for our decision.
First thing, that attracts - her experience. Among all candidates, she has quite commanding
list. All together - her skills and achievements will help our company to make progress even
such that we can not expect.
As the company based in Mexico but also director for sales facilities is needed in offices in
Argentina and Colombia, her language knowledge will be very useful.
Despite she is modest she is also eager to learn. She is sociable, so she will listen to
colleagues, which is basically what she says.

One fact that can be confusing is, of course, having a child and combining your own life with
frequent business trips. However, looking at all the achievements, it is clear that this is not a
burden for her, so it will not be for us either. Thinking ahead to when such trips will take
place, I am confident that this issue will be resolved without any problems, as there are now
nannies, kindergartens and everything else.
