WHAT IS A ‘CONSUMER’?
A consumer is one that buys goods or services for consumption and not for
resale or commercial purpose. The consumer is an individual who pays some
amount of money for the thing required to consume goods and services.
E.g. If you buy a snack from a shop, you are a consumer.

WHAT IS A ‘CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR’?

Consumer behavior is the study of individuals, groups or organizations and all the
activities associated with the purchase, use and disposal of goods and services.
Consumer behavior consists of how the consumers emotions, attitudes, and
preferences affect buying behavior.

FACTORS INFLUENCING CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR

The influencing factors are those factors that can affect some features of
target object. Influencing factors can be used as control variables to
determine the key influencing factors of an object. Four factors that
influence consumer behavior are Price of the product, Brand Loyalty,
Tradition, Taste and quality of the product.

Two factors that influence my choice when buying products are:

1. price of the product
2. taste and quality of the product

1. My behaviour in ENTREPRENEURSHIP class is very good, I always do my
work on time.
2. You should always have your ENTREPRENEURSHIP book and a pen when
you come to class.
3. Changes I personally have to make to improve in the subject, are to ask
more questions and study more.
