Instruction: Answer comprehensively the question that follows.

“Your teacher shared that last year there are group of students were not able to make
their narrative report due to lack of documentation or evidence, if you will be implementing your
community immersion what are the things that you must need to do ensure that you followed
correct documentation process?”

The things the I will do to ensure that I followed correct documentation process is First I will
follow the narrative report format to ensure that what I was doing is correct and I will not rely
in my memory to record the activities in the community. I will use some tools to validate the
information and activities we do. Like Journal and I will also take pictures, for concrete
evidence.
