Agreement to sign a labor contract and commit to strictly comply with the following
terms:
Article 1: Term and contract work
 Type of labor contract: Fixed term.
 From August 14th, 2015
 Probation: 2 months from August 14th, 2015 to October 14th, 2015
 Working place: 155 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Dong Phu Ward, Dong Hoi City, Quang
Binh Province
 Position: Material Planning Officer
 Tasks to do:
- Researching product information, goods, researching and conducting selection, deciding
to order quality products and materials.
- Build and maintain important relationships with close suppliers and negotiate with them
to purchase goods at reasonable prices.
- Supervising, managing and handling various tasks during the ordering process.
Article 2: Working mode
 Working hours: 8 hours a day, 48 hours a week
 To be allocated working tools, including: Depending on the nature of the work to be
allocated.
Article 3: Obligations and rights of employees
1. Benefits:
 Means of transportation to work: Self-sufficient
 Main salary or salary: Salary is paid on the 15th of every month, once a month.
o Basic salary: 20,000,000 VND (Twenty million Vietnam dongs even)
o In addition, they also receive commissions based on their ability.
 Payment method: Bank transfer.
 Allowances include: Lunch, gas money, overtime money, responsibility bonus.
 Bonus: According to the salary and bonus regulations, the Company's regime.
 Salary increase regime: The basic salary according to the state regime for 2 years is
reviewed once.
 Equipped with labor protection, including: Equipped with labor insurance according to
the table issued at the company.
 Rest mode (weekly leave, annual leave, holidays...): 9 days off and 12 days off in a
year.
 Social insurance and health insurance: According to the state regime: Employees pay
7.5% of social insurance; 1.5% health insurance, 1.5% unemployment insurance, the
rest the company pays. The employee has paid social insurance elsewhere, so the total
income is included in the salary.
 Training mode: According to the Company's regulations and job requirements. In case
employees are sent for training, they must complete the course on time, commit to
long-term service for the Company after finishing the course and receive full salary;
other benefits as employees. If after the end of the training course, the employee does
not continue to cooperate with the Company, the employee must refund 100% of the
training fee and benefits received during the training period.
 Other agreements: Must be agreed by both parties.
2. Obligations:
 Complete the work committed in the labor contract.
 Comply with production-business executive orders, labor discipline rules, labor
safety....
 Keep confidential the financial and accounting parameters of the Company.
 Deduction and payment of personal income taxes according to the regulations of the
State.
 Absolutely do not use the company's customers for personal gain.
 During the validity of the contract, employees are not allowed to: Provide information,
disclose the company's business secrets to the outside, are not allowed to cooperate,
produce, trade, act as an agent to use, save disclose information about customers,
products and similar products of the Company to any organization or individual to
serve their own work without the written consent of the Company. The case is
discovered - The individual will be prosecuted before the law.
 During the effective period of the contract, if an employee fails to properly perform
the labor contract, labor rules and commitments, that employee (or the guarantor) must
refund 100% of his/her salary (if any) has been received for the Company and must
compensate for 100% of the loss caused by the Company according to the judgment of
the Company (Even in the case of violations leading to the Company's dismissal).
Article 4: Obligations and rights of the employer
1. Obligations:
 Job security and full implementation of the commitments in the labor contract.
 Pay in full and on time the regimes and benefits to employees according to the labor
contract, collective labor agreement.
2. Powers:
 Manage employees to complete the work under the contract: arrange the next job.
 Postponing, terminating labor contracts, disciplining employees in accordance with the
law, the collective labor agreement and the company's internal labor regulations.
Article 5: Implementing Provisions
 Labor issues not stated in this labor contract shall apply the provisions of the
collective agreement, in case there is no collective agreement, the provisions of the
labor law shall apply.
 The labor contract is made into 02 copies of equal value, each party keeps one copy
and is valid for both parties to agree to sign. When two parties sign an appendix to the
labor contract, the content of the labor contract appendix is as valid as the contents of
this labor contract.
 This contract is made at the Company's office at 155 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Dong
Phu Ward, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province on August 14th, 2015.
