Notification No.:1"|/2023 Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 : IPU-7/Online Counselling/Admissions/2023/L{ 2.94 Date: 22.08.2023 IMPORTANT NOTICE - 2023-24 MOST _IMPOR: INSTRUCTIONS FORALL, SEEKING ADMISSION IN VARI OGRAMMES IN RESERVED CAT: ‘The University conducts merit based admissions in the University School of Studies and Affiliated Colleges/Institutes through Online process, where the candidates themselves fill the particulars regarding Claiming entitlement for admission in a reserved category. ‘The University in its Admission brochure clearly states that that the admission of candidate is “PURELY PROVISIONAL” pending scrutiny of candidates eligibility as mentioned in the Admission Brochure for the programme and in case, it is found at eny stage of selection that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Admission Brochure including Age, Caste Category, Sub-Category, Application Fee, Educational Qualification, etc. the candidature of such 2 candidate will be rejected at any stage. ‘This is for information to all the concemed candidates/stake holders seeking admission in various programmes conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, curing the academic session 2023-24 against any Category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/DEFENCE/ARMY/MINORITY) that the “ALLOTMENT OF SEATS IS PURELY PROVISIONAL SUBJECT TO PHYSICAL VERIFICATION QF DOCUMENTS TO_FULFILL THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA INCLUDING RESERVED CATEGORY ENTITLEMENT”. IE AT ANY STAGE, IT IS FOUND THAT THE DOCUMENTS TO INCLUDE RESERVED CATEGORY ENTITLEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATE (CORRECTNESS OF REGION AND EDUCATIONAL ELIGIBILITY) ARE NOT IN ORDER, (LLOTTED SEAT SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.” Is the sole responsibility of th lidat sure that they fulfill the minimum eligibil criteria for the programme; the correctness of the details filled with respect to Region: Reserved Category Certificate or any other such details for allotment of seat.
