2. REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS
2.1 SSM
The Companies Commission of Malaysia or Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, abbreviated
SSM, is a statutory body formed under an Act of Parliament that regulates corporate and
business affairs in Malaysia. The SSM was formed in 2002 under the Companies
Commission of Malaysia Act 2001, assuming the functions of the Registrar of
Companies and Registry of Business. I already register my SSM and get digitalcertificate
on 30 JUNE 2022

3.BACKGROUND OF BUSINESS
Im nur thaqifah , from semester 5 student of kolej poly-tech mara kota bharu and the the course
i took is diploma in business management . Im the owner of browkies .

Introducing my brownies cookies made by myself and with premium ingredients , crunchy and
suitable for cookies lovers , crunchy but melt in mouth and less sweet using 100% original beryls
chocolate and pure butter .

People will consume my cookies for its taste . My primary goal is to ensure food for busy people.
Usually , busy people do not get time to make snack for herself or for family , friends . So my
cookies would help them to get rid of hunger . This cookies are also suitable to be made as
goodies, birthday gifts, holiday cookies, gifts for loved ones, and especially for cookie lovers. My
targeted customer is all the community in malaysia . For the initial capital , i contribute rm100++
. So the total starting capital of the business is rm100++ . As for the store , i don’t have any other
physical store except hostel of kptm kota bharu and my house , i only deliver our products to the
customer near kptm kota bharu of customer just pickup the product at kptm kota bharu.

We follow the open order strategy via social such as whatsapp , instagram (@browkies._) ,
facebook (browkiesbythaqifah) .

CONCLUSION
In conclusion,what u learned from this digital enterprenuership subject, I found using the
facebook platform to be more effective than instagram for business . firstly , it is because
facebook is the best platform to promote the business with many changes to the facebook
algorithm over the past couple of years and organic reach in slow decline for business pages ,
many brands and publishers are concerned wehther facebook is still a good place for them to
promote themselve and their content .
Next, by using Facebook the marketer can reach a huge audience than Instagram. For
starters, Facebook has the biggest audience of any social media platform with over 2
billion monthly active users. This huge number makes it ideal for brands and businesses
to boost their visibility and widen their reach within new audiences. Although organic
reach may be declining slightly, there are plenty of ways you can combat this by firstly focusing
on real and genuine engagement within your audience to really boost the visibility of your
content.There has also been a misconception that Facebook isn't a platform to reach younger
users, however Facebook has still got a fairly consistent user base across the 18-34 age groups.
Not only this, but the older age groups are rising quickly, meaning despite which age group you
are targeting, you’re bound to reach them on Facebook.

Thirdly , facebook is the best platform to sell the products. The Facebook shop enables
businesses to upload products from their website to their Facebook page and users can easily
and quickly click through to purchase. They have also given brand pages the ability to tag
products from their shop in their Facebook posts, so that users can see price details without
leaving Facebook & click through to be taken straight to the tagged product on the website to
purchase.

Lastly, marketers can get more money from the ads. This is because Facebook offers the
most complex advertising platform compared to any other social media channel
(and arguably any other advertising channel in general). The amount of cash that businesses are
spending on Facebook ads is increasing every year and with the number of objectives
it can help you achieve, as well as the level of multi-layer targeting options available, it's
easy to see why.Facebook enables you to target your audience throughout the entire
sales funnel, from increasing brand awareness with video ads, to driving web traffic,
encouraging purchases, app installs or generating leads. You can target brand new
audiences by demographic, interests and behaviors or re target your website visitors or
email subscribers. There are tonnes of different ad formats to make the most of your
content and engage your audiences - the opportunities really are endless and the return
