The meeting started at exactly 12:15 in the afternoon, followed by a prayer and a little introduction
of the parent. After that the following agenda had been discussed:

 HRPTA Election of Officers

 Incident command per classroom
 Rules and Regulations of the School
 COVID Vaccine for students and their family
 Safety protocol inside the school premises
 Proper Decorum

These are the following parent that has been elected:

 President: Lerma Santos

 Vice President: Irene Sales
 Secretary: Jerrylyn Plaza
 Treasurer: Marilou Lumbao
 Auditor: Nilda Fuentes

After the election the meeting was adjourned at exactly 1:00pm, and the HRPTA president
proceeded in room 311 for Grade level PTA election.
