Key Responsibilities: -

 Ensuring Demand and supply for his/her Area.


 Responsible for Customer Experience, Revenue & AOP achievement for his/her Zone/Area.
 Making sure the Refractionist maintain the highest quality of customer interaction during
Home Demos
 Responsible for Key KPI’s of On Time Arrival, NPS and conversion.
 Ensuring revenues from Corporate/Affiliate Channels.
 Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. Working on ways to reduce to return orders
and improve prepaid orders.
 Provide effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members making use of
company training modules.
 Recruiting and selecting high caliber staff
 Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming
customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
