Payment Schedule:
2. Structure& viii) RCC columns & slab with M20/M25 Design, Ready
Superstructure: mix/Hand mix, Steel in footings, columns, beam & slab
as per given design
ix) Brick masonry with red bricks/ACC light weight bricks.
Walls with 5” thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 and 1:4
proportionately with river sand
x) Respectively C.C bed will be provided of 4” thick in every
wall with 2 Intervals

8. Staircase: Marble/granite steps 3’-6’’ width 10’’ tread 6’’ riser with half
molding, Stainless steel railing with 3’ height (SS round
pipesof three Strips)
9. Pipes: CPVC pipes fitting for bathrooms, kitchen hot and cold water
SDR 13.5. conceal ½’’ pipes for bathroom and kitchen,
1½’’pipes from water tank to bathroom and kitchen, Cold and
hot water connection in bathroom,4” outlet drain pipes from
bathroom, 4’’rain water pipe from terrace to ground floor
10. Electrical: Concealed copper wiring in PVC with following points in each
room:
1. Bedroom: Light points -3 No’s (1 Tube, 1 Bulb, 1 Zero
bulb) 5amps, Plug points 2 No’s, 1 Fan point and 1 AC
point.
2. Hall: Light Points 2 Nos. + 1 point for Chandelier, Fan
point. TV point 1 No. 5 amps 1 No and 15 amps 1 No. and
1 AC point.
3. Kitchen: Light Points 1 No. Exhaust Fan 1 No, Water
Filter point 1 No. Plug point 3 No. (Fridge, electric
cooker & Microware)
4. Toilet: Light Point 1 No, Exhaust Fan 1 No. and Geyser Point
11. Painting: Primer and paint complete in Asian paint, interior tractor
emulsion, Exterior Apex weather proof for elevation and
balcony. Putty for interior Rooms and Elevation walls
only.
13. Elevation Steel specification as per the approved structural design. Column size as
Design: per Height of each floor 10’-0’’, parapet wall height 3’-0’’Railing only
on front Balcony and staircase 3’-0’’ height,
Total value: With the above-mentioned specification, for the Construction area of
200 sq yd for G+2 and Pent House with ground floor as parking & two
floors for living,all the lift & lead charges included, cost per Sft is Rs
1850/- & 2010/- per sft Total cost = 11651000/-
EXCLUDING:
1. Staircase head room is included for penthouse quotation.
2. Only Lift provision will be given lift machine is not included
3. Electricity, labour camp, material yard will be provided by owner
4. Permissions and any other legal procedure is under client scope
5. In Elevation other than Cement &Paint work, like Glass work, design
and Lighting is included under Client Scope.
NOTE:
1. CCTV camera will install on site for better security.
2. Watchmen for 24*7 will be at site.
3. Scheduling updates will be given to client by CRM(customer
relationship manager)
4. Payment term will in 6stages as we discuss (delaying in payment
could be disturbance in our planning and scheduling and disruption in
flow of work)
5. Extra item or material will quote separately after work done
