Payment Schedule:

Term of payment will be in six stages

1. 20% Mobilization advance will be given as First Installment.

4. 20% During Floorings, Paintings, Electrical and Sanitary works.
5. 17.5% For the Finishing and Fittings for Doors, windows, CP& SS fittings.
6. 2.5% at the time of Handover site.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL G+2+PH FLOORS:

The following specification will be adopted for G+2+PH floors.

1. Sub-structures: i) Excavation: digging of soil for footing (till hard strata

reach) & for underground water tanks as per design.
ii) P.c.c : casting for leveling of footings with hand mix
cement concrete mixture
iii) Footings : casting of footings with M20 design
readymix/handmix as per design and reinforcement as
per given drawings
iv) Pedestals : as per drawing reinforcement & concrete is
done with given size & height
v) Plinth beam : reinforcement & concrete as per design ,
shuttering with iron box casting with ready-mix/hand
mix
vi) Underground sump of capacity 10,000 ltrs along with
separately provision of septic tank
vii) Filling & compacting of morram soil for base strength
with 40mm binder layer at top before pcc bed on top for
floor finishing

2. Structure& viii) RCC columns & slab with M20/M25 Design, Ready
Superstructure: mix/Hand mix, Steel in footings, columns, beam & slab
as per given design
ix) Brick masonry with red bricks/ACC light weight bricks.
Walls with 5” thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 and 1:4
proportionately with river sand
x) Respectively C.C bed will be provided of 4” thick in every
wall with 2 Intervals

3. Plastering: One coat of plastering in C.M 1:4 proportionately with river

sand reaching 8 mm thickness. and external plastering 12mm

Quotation/Estimated Contract Value

Total value: With the above-mentioned specification, for the Construction area of
200 sq yd for G+2 and Pent House with ground floor as parking & two
floors for living,all the lift & lead charges included, cost per Sft is Rs
1850/- & 2010/- per sft Total cost = 11651000/-

EXCLUDING:
1. Staircase head room is included for penthouse quotation.
2. Only Lift provision will be given lift machine is not included
3. Electricity, labour camp, material yard will be provided by owner
4. Permissions and any other legal procedure is under client scope
5. In Elevation other than Cement &Paint work, like Glass work, design
and Lighting is included under Client Scope.

NOTE:
1. CCTV camera will install on site for better security.
2. Watchmen for 24*7 will be at site.
3. Scheduling updates will be given to client by CRM(customer
relationship manager)
4. Payment term will in 6stages as we discuss (delaying in payment
could be disturbance in our planning and scheduling and disruption in
flow of work)
5. Extra item or material will quote separately after work done
