    The reliability test results on 22 questionnaire items from 20 respondents show: - Cronbach's alpha value is 0.949, above the reliability table value of 0.444, so the questionnaire is reliable and consistent. - Item-total statistics for each item indicate good correlation between each item and total score, with deletion of any single item not significantly increasing Cronbach's alpha. - The reliability test confirms the internal consistency of measuring the same underlying construct across the 22 items of this questionnaire.
