Subject: PAYMENT APPRVAL FOR PURCHASE OF CERAMIC TILES WITH REPLACEMENT

OF MOSAIC FLOOR FOR MAINTENANCE OF GATE OFFICE #1 AT SIE.

Reference: Self-help basis works, approved budget 2019- 2020. (Copy attached)
1. Chairmen PIEDMC desire to follow the master plan and make the gate #1 corporate
information/reception center besides security office, a renovation work has been started.
Principle approval is required to undergo the renovation project, budgeted during FY 2019-
20.Broad scope of following work planed:

a. Ceramic Tiles for Lobby/Hall Floor.

Following quotations from different vendors has been arranged to supply of above equipment:
a) MEGA BUILDERS (Rs.97,214.19/- )
b) F & A Enterprises (Rs.110,890.71/-)
c) PRIMECON (Rs.118,273.68/-)

2. As per quotations, lowest vendor is M/s MEGA BUILDERS with offering value of Rs. 97,214/-
inclusive all Govt. taxes. Approval is required for the issuance of purchase order to M/s MEGA
BUILDERS through procurement & contract department and payment through Accounts &
Finance Department.

3. Recommended by HOD for Approval.
