Why do you leave on you current job
Acctualy ive been planning to apply bpo before I apply in
my current work but idont have enough confidence to
apply as a callcenter but now for almost one year
working as a cashier I build my confidence to interact
with other people that’s all
What is the world that best describes yourself
The world that best describes me is patience I am a kind
of person whos always willing to wait as I believe that
good results take time to happen that’s all/ I AM
PASSIONATE ABOUT MY WORK AND GET THE JOB ON
TIME TO MAKE MY BOSS PROUD OF ME I ALWAYS
LISTEND TO INSTRUCTIONS AND IAM HARDWORKING

What is your greatest strength/weakness
One of my strengths is im good at time management
where I know what to prioritize and to do the task
assigned to me efficiently . and one of my weakness is
being having a limited communication skills or
vocabulary but im still working on it. By reading text that
expands my vocabulary and watching some English
movie

I did research about call center and its all about providing
a great customer service as a beginner I realize that I can
be a great employee and iw will do my best to grow here
and improve my skills in this type of career
How often were you absent from you current job?
Honestly speaking im rarely absent
Attendance for me is very important and must be valued
this is how we are being paid and being evaluated how
productive we are as an employee. This is why we should
make it a habbit to report to work as we can
What your goal in life
My short goal is to become regular employee in this
company probably after working for a couple of years in
this company iwould like to see myself take on more
responsibilities like maybe become a supervisor or a
trainer
How do you define quality customer service
Quality customer service is being able to EMPHASIZE
with a customer and view their issues as your own
How do you encourage customer to buy additional
products or services? If customers call about certain
product I will listend to what they need and try to
identify similar or addiditonal products that they would
get interested once I gathered all the information I will
provide first all the benefits and build relationship with
customer not just simply offet the products to them
right away get their attention first so they would have
more interest in buying the products
Do you enjoy working in a team
Any work in an organization requires teamwork so the
answer probably yes I really enjoy working as a team to
gain ideas to my team as well
Do you like multi tasking or you prefer to tackle one
problem at a time.? Depending on the situation I could
do multi tasking or could tackle one problem at a time
but multi tasking always has the upper hand because it
increases your efficiency when it comes to resolution
What if the customer is not happy with you answer or
solution? Ill say my customer to stay on the line and pass
on the call to my manager or a team leader
What will you do in a situation where the system shuts
down and you still handling customer in the phone? In
the middle of handling the phone if the system crashes
then iwill ask the customer to stay on the line while im
looking for the better solution until I get the power back
up I should sound confident and try to build relationship
with the customer so i wont get panic
How to deal with abusive slang using customer
I should give a positive response I keep my mind that my
job is to be nice and I assure the customer that I am here
to help their problem and tell them that I require
specific information to resolve their issue.
How do you deal with the question you don’t know the
answer
First I will always sound confident and never say idont
know instead I will inform the customer to stay on the
line while I am looking for for the better solution that’s
all
What is your expected salary
Whatever amount you give to people with my
qualifications as per company policy would be fine

First you need to focus on active listening in order for not
to commit a mistake and before you process the
customer’s request make sure that you really
understand what they want it (FOR EXAMPLE THEY
ORDER HOTDOG BUT IGIVE BURGER FOR MY MISTAKE)

WHEN I GET STRESS I JUST SIMPLY LOOK AT THE PICTURE
