Provide the vision, strategy, and execution for our value-based care
division, overseeing North American functions, including product and market
development, sales, marketing, and customer operations as we help our
customers prepare to thrive in healthcare’s value-based future. We focus
on shifting the corporate mindset from outputs to outcomes by investing
deeply in our people and adopting the OKR methodology. Equally important
is our evolving commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive culture,
including the addition of a Diversity and Inclusivity Advisory Counsel and
multiple training initiatives across the enterprise.

Led sales, marketing, product, operations, and corporate development
functions and was responsible for building and executing a strategy to help
our customers navigate a rapidly changing healthcare landscape. Played
an integral role in guiding GHX’s response to pandemic-related challenges,
working to bring real value to healthcare’s front lines. I am especially proud of
the industry recognition the team earned including:

Following GHX’s acquisition by private equity firm Thoma-Bravo, I was
appointed Senior Vice President, Global Product & Corporate Development.
We built and executed a global platform strategy that delivered greater savings
and more efficient operations for our customers in North America and Europe.

Brussels Area, Belgium

Led a diverse team across seven countries, including Belgium, U.K.,


Germany, France, Netherlands, and Spain. The team was focused on helping
customers mature and transform their supply chain operations through the
implementation of industry best practices.

• Vice President, Strategic Market Development: Focused on building


collaborative relationships between healthcare providers and suppliers within
the GHX network.

in service to delivering on their mission.

• Executive Director, Supplier Membership & Market Development: Directed
