Held at the College of Industrial Technology – College Student Council on September 22, 2023

I. Opening:
The meeting of College of Industrial Technology Student Organizations headed by the
College of Industrial Technology – College Student Council (CIT – CSC) together with
the College of Industrial Technology Women’s Club started at exactly 04:20 in the

afternoon and presided and certified the presence of the quorum by Christian G. Sta. Ines
the CIT – CSC President.

Induction
All officers of all recognized organization inside the campus are encourage to attend this
yearly event where the newly elected student government officials will take their oaths of office.
This said event will be held at the CatSU Gymnasium.
 The attire for the event is formal (Barong/Filipiniana/Corporate) however, if it is
inconvenient an option of semi formal is ok, the colors are limited to: white, green,
brown, black.
 A suggestion was raised by Mr. Christian Sta. Ines the CIT – CSC president: a fabric just
like the modern Sablay for the CIT Student Organization officers to have some sort of
uniformity, it was seconded by Mr. Carlo Beo (CIT – CSC Vice President) and was
agreed upon by the officers present. 60 pesos contribution for 1 yard of fabric will be
collected by Mr. John Evan Tano the CIT – CSC Executive Treasurer which is due on
Tuesday (September 26, 2023).
 The foods for the event were agreed upon by all officers to be in a chip in style (ibit -ibit).
The utensils will be provided by Mr. Joven Añonuevo the CIT – CSC adviser. 1 can
(takal/gatas) of rice per officer will be collected, Mr. Fernan S. Cabañog is in charge of
cooking the rice. The officers in charge of the foods for the event are listed below.
- Cucumber Lemonade & Water with Ice: (Christian Sta. Ines, Carlo Beo, Kenneth
Tablante)
- Chopsuey: (Arjay A. Subion, Ariel Justine O. Palean, Patrice Rica Mae L. Manoguid)

Constitution and Bylaws Revision


Mr. Charles Hendrix A. Enriquez (CIT – CSC Senator) suggested that every officer
especially the senators must collaborate for the revision of the Constitution and Bylaws of the
CIT – SCS. Drafting and revising the CBL must start right after the midterm examinations in
order to start the ratification before the first week of December.

Other Matters
Printing of receipt (according to Mr. John Evan Tano (CIT – CSC executive treasurer) all
officers of the CIT – CSC are advice to Chip in 100 pesos for the printing of receipts (due on
October 2, 2023), the 100 pesos will be reimbursed once the collection of membership fee
started)
Collecting of membership fee for the first sem of A.Y. 2023-2024 will start once the CBL
has been ratified and the receipts are ready, probably on December 4-6, 2023.

IV. Adjournment
This meeting was called to adjourn by the CIT – CSC Vice President Mr. Carlo Beo at
exactly 05:20 in the afternoon.
