Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service I have


been receiving from “Everest”. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but the
recent issues with my internet connection have left me frustrated and disappointed.

First of all, over the past few months, I have noticed a significant decline in the
speed of my internet connection. Even when the connection is stable, the internet
speed is far below what was promised in my plan. This has made it challenging to
stream videos, download files, or even browse websites without constant buffering.

Secondly, I faced with the unresponsive customer support. When I have attempted
to contact your customer support for assistance, the response has been slow, and
the solutions provided have not resolved the issues effectively.

I understand that occasional technical problems can occur, but the persistent nature
of these issues is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the
reliable and high-speed internet service that I have been promised.
