16 Please add the item for checking the status of structure after
demolition and dismantling
17 Steel structure work: please add the check bolt tightening

18 Plumbing work: please add the pressure test.

19 Final inspection with witness of Owner shall be carried out
for each building, the works shall include the site check and
document review.
20 Please clarify the meaning of surveillance inspection about
the notification of inspection (NOI) and the inspection at site.

21 The Contractor is requested to provide the explanation on
the mutual relations, the corresponding link/connection
between the items as described in the Column of
Description of Inspection/Test Process and those as
includsed in each of the Inspection Report. In addition, you
can add more details/items in the Column of Description of
Inspection/Test Process because EVN see that the
descriptions in the Inspection and Test Plan seeem to be in
general and seem that they are not fully boken down in
further detail to demonstrate and state whether such items
as described are enough and provide us the explanation on
the way on how you have determined such contents in the
Inspection and Test Plan.

22 Inspection report Contractor shall be required to supplement contents in

accordance with Article 21 of Decree 06/2021/NĐ-CP dated
Jan 21th, 2021.
23 Inspection report Contractor shall be required to add the logo of parties, name
of work, scope of work, referred documents, partipicipating
parties in the inspection report who are responsible for
signing.
24 Inspection report Contractor shall be required to supplement the refered
documents (Approved shopdrawing No) including but not
limited to the following documents: detail design documents,
construction drawings, approved technical instructions,
technical regulations, applied standards, test results of
materials and equipments related to the scope of works.

25 Final inspection report Regarding to Final inspection report for temporary site office
for temporary site works, Contractor shall be required to use EVN' form (as
office works attachments).
