dessert company offering great tasting,
freshly prepared desserts in a funky and
urban setting.

desserts and confectionery; great tasting
American & Belgian waffles, authentic Italian
gelato and gourmet chocolate creations.

We also specialise in serving Italian roasted

gourmet coffee, luxuriously velvety hot
chocolate (we have over 40 flavours),
milkshakes and much more.

 What is the cost of investment?
You should expect an investment of between £200,000 -
£250,000 + VAT depending on the premises and the fit
out requirements. A more accurate estimate is available
upon assessment of the schedule of works.

What area can I open an Urban Chocolatier

FAQ'S
Restaurant in?
You can open a restaurant in any area that falls within
the criteria and remains an available territory. We will
always assess the viability of a location. However, if you
are already in possession of a suitable premises, let us
know and we can assess it's suitability.

What are the fees involved?

The one off Franchise Fee is £14,995 + VAT.
There is also a Management Service Fee of 5% and a
1.5% Marketing Levy payable on all gross sales.
