1. DISCUSS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENDER AND SEXUALITY.

~ Gender refers to the characteristics of men and women that are socially constructed it is a
complex and multifaceted concept that can be understood in different ways. Meaning gender is
not determined by biology, but by the norms, behaviors, and roles that society assigns to
people based on their sex. Sexuality, on the other hand, refers to the biological and
physiological characteristics that distinguish people as male, female, or intersex .

2. WHY IS THERE A NEED TO EDUCATE PEOPLE/INDIVIDUAL ABOUT GENDER

AND SEXUALITY?
~ By educating people about gender and sexuality, we can help them understand that
everyone deserves respect regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation. Also,
education about gender and society can help reduce stigma and discrimination because when
people are educated about these topics they are less likely to hold negative attitudes towards
those who are different from them.

3. HOW DO YOU ADDRESS ISSUES RELATED TO GENDER AND SEXUALITY?

~ Addressing issues related to gender and sexuality is a complex and multifaceted process.
One way to address these issues is through education and advocacy to raise awareness about
issues related to gender and sexuality, or by supporting different organizations that work to
promote equality for everyone.

4. HOW WILL YOU CREATE A SAFER AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR

LGBTQ+?
~ We can create a safer and more inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ by simply showing our
support and making them feel that they are accepted in our society. Have and post an inclusive
non-discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation and behavior, gender identity and
expression, sex, and sex characteristics.

5. WHAT STRATEGIES YOU THINK CAN BE PRACTICED TO CREATE A HOLISTIC

AND MORE ACCEPTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR LGBTQ+
~ One of the strategies that we can practice to create a holistic and more acceptable
environment for LGBTQ+ is Media Representation. Including more characters of the LGBTQ+
community in films and movies can help reduce the stigma around, sexual orientation, and
gender identity. Another strategy is Inclusive Workplace. Companies can create a genuinely
inclusive culture for LGBTQ+ by accepting employees of different genders to prove that they
can still do what men and women can and to reduce the stigma and discrimination even at
work.
