Quality Management Plan

Purpose
Quality management planning determines quality policies and procedures relevant to the
project for both project deliverables and project processes, defines who is responsible for
what, and documents compliance. It describes how quality will be managed throughout the
lifecycle of the project. This project’s main purpose is to carry out customer satisfaction
with overall expansion of the company. Our goal is to keep in mind about the consumer’s
health as well as effective implementation of these upcoming systems.

Quality objectives
 Enhance product quality and reduce risks
 Gain production efficiencies
 Garner customer loyalty.
 Flexibility and cost.

Quality Standards and Metrics


 Customer satisfaction: Taking advices from customers and trying to add as
much according to the demands can help enhance customer satisfaction rate.
Making sure every visitor gets the desired product can be another way.
 Supplier performance: Measuring, analysing and managing the performance of
a supplier in an effort to cut costs, alleviate risks, and drive continuous
improvement.
 Manufacturing defects: The Company should be able to identify the defects that
might be present during manufacture. This ensures none of the receivers’
disappointment.
 Complaints: Frequent checking of the registration of any kind of dissatisfaction
issuance.
 Overall Equipment Effectiveness: Making sure all tools and machineries in the
process are well functioning.

management, discrepant material and product qualifications
 Giving expert knowledge, with the help of quality tools and methods, to help ensure
quality of manufactured products
 Handling supplier audits, data collection and analysis and quality related items, including
issues and changes
 Working with final manufacturing subcontractors and foundries on quality-related tasks,
audits and incidents

Quality control and assurance problem reporting


 Establish the Goal of the Quality Assurance Report.
