This Permit for Disposal of Hazardous Waste (HazWaste Permit) covers only the specific hazardous waste as describe and declared in
this submitted application. Any other waste materials not listed in the Waste Details are not permitted for disposal.
The Permit Holder shall have full responsibility to ensure that there is No misdeclaration of waste transported or disposed as per
describe and declared on the application.
The Permit Holder must comply with the following:

- All applicable laws & regulations in Emirate of Dubai, including but not limited to:

? Federal Law No. 12 of 2018 On the Integrated Waste Management

? Federal Law 24 of 1999 on Protection and Development of the Environment

? Local Order No. 7 of 2002 on Management of Waste Disposal Sites in the Emirate of Dubai.

? Local Order 115 of 1997 Concerning Medical Wastes Management in the Emirate of Dubai

? Local Order No. 61 of 1991 on the Environment Protection Regulations in the Emirate of Dubai

? Technical Guideline on Disposal of Hazardous Waste

- The conditions stated in the electronic application form of the “Permit for Disposal of Hazardous Waste”

Only road worthy vehicles with valid Hazardous Waste Transporter Permits and installed RASID shall be used in the transport of
hazardous waste to DM designated disposal sites. The transport vehicles shall have provisions and equipment readily available for clean-
up procedures in case of accidents or its load spilt on the road.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall result to the cancellation of this Permit for Disposal of Hazardous Waste and may
impose legal actions and/or fines shall be taken as per the applicable Laws & Regulations in Emirate of Dubai.

Any violation of the above conditions will be subject to penalties.
