1. Attendance: 17 out of 40 parents/guardians attended the meeting

2. Minutes (What transpired)

3. The 3rd Quarter Virtual Parent-Teacher-Conference started at 5:00pm.

The meeting begun with singing a nationalistic song and followed by a
prayer through an audio-visual presentation. Then, a welcome remark
was delivered by yours truly, Mr. Mark Joseph S. Mariano, the class
adviser.

Then, we proceeded to the agenda such as the (1) Year-End Activities

tentative dates, (2) Reminder about students’ absences, (3) Viewing of E-
Cards through the E-Grade Tracker, (4) Announcement of the Perfect
Attendance Awardees and Academic Excellence Awardees, and (5) other
school matters.

When every detail of the meeting was cleared, the photo opportunity
happened next. The meeting was adjourned at 11:00am.

4. Challenges and Issues Encountered (Feedback and Questions from

Parents)

Since the Parent-Teacher-Conference was done virtually, the challenges

encountered were the noise coming from the outside and the stability of
the internet connection.
