b. Which browser will you prefer on which platform and why? (5 marks)

Chrome, because it’s designed to be the fastest web browser. With one click, it loads web
pages, multiple tabs, and applications with lightning speed. Chrome is fitted with V8, a
faster and more powerful JavaScript engine. Chrome also loads web pages faster by using
the Web Kit open-source rendering engine. It's easy to use and its graphics interface has
a low profile. However, if you want to customize Chrome with extensions and apps, there
are more than enough options.

In addition, chrome has great features available, from reading web pages out loud to
create secure passwords for you, swapping your browser could make how you use the
internet quicker and even easier. It's worth noting that all browsers let you bookmark
pages and save passwords so you don't have to keep re-entering them.

Chrome keeps you safe and sound with its built-in malware and phishing protection. It
has safe browsing technology and will show you a warning message before you visit a
site that is suspicious.
