On Call Caddie Information

These are the new qualification standards for On Call caddies for the
2023-24 season. Management reserves the right to adjust and alter
these at any time if necessary.
Masters Pass
-110 days (about 3 and a half months) to work prior to Masters. We
would like our OC caddies to target having 30% of those days available.
Using our new Club Up app, we will be able to track how many days you
have available and calculate it to make a final decision about Masters
Pass
-If you do both Thanksgiving (all 3 days) and Jamboree (at least working
2 days of Jamboree), regardless of availability percentage, you will
qualify for Masters Pass
-10 workdays during this 110-day period, you will qualify for Masters
Pass
Play Day
-If you work Media Day and Closing Party (THU and FRI) and 2 more
workdays – you will qualify for Play Day
-If you are available for 14 non weekend days and you don’t get work –
you will qualify for Play Day as tracked in our new Club Up system
-If you get 8 actual workdays, you will qualify for Play Day
-If you do not meet any of these qualifications, we will allow Par 3 play
after lunch for those deemed close to the qualifications needed but not
there. This will be on a case-by-case basis determined by management.
