One of the participatory tools used in Hazard Identification is the
Probability Scale for Planners. The probability and impact rate are also divided into 5 categories namely: Most Unlikely (score=1), Unlikely (score=2), Likely (score=3), Usually (score=4) and Almost Certain (score=5). The participants rated the incidence of Earthquake/Ground Shaking in school as top-priority hazard with an average of 4.5 which means that the hazard (Earthquake/Ground Shaking) is likely to occur in the barangay at least thrice a year.
