1. What have you accomplished so far with your Capstone Project outside of class?

For my Capstone project so far, I have completed the process of creating a content plan for my
podcast episodes. I brainstormed ideas, gathered information, and established episode length. I am
organized and dedicated to making my podcast a success.

2. What do you plan to accomplish by the end of next week?

By next week, I’m aiming to finalize a specific schedule with my guests for my podcast episodes. This
means determining the day and time that works best for both me and my guests to record each
episode. Having a set schedule will help me stay organized, ensure everyone is available, and
maintain a consistent release pattern for my listeners. Aswell, I plan to have all my podcasting
equipment. I will make sure to get decent quality headphones and a microphone which work well
with my computer editing software to ensure high-quality recordings. Having a consistent schedule
and professional setup will help take my podcast to the next level.

3. What are your needs (time, space, materials, personal contacts etc)?

In order to establish a successful podcast, I will need to create dedicated time for myself amidst my
busy schedule of soccer, work, and school to focus on my capstone. I have been researching deals
for headphones and a microphone which I will need to have good sound quality.

4. Have you encountered any obstacles or challenges so far, and how have you overcome them?

I encountered challenges when brainstorming episode topics, and choosing who I would like to
interview in my podcast. Although, I overcame this obstacle after researching different teenage
struggles, talking to my friends, and listening to podcasts which covered similar ideas.
