Re: Notarized Letter Request for Lot Subdividing.

Dear Sir/ Ma’am:

We are formally writing in your good office that we, the heirs of the late spouses Rogelio G.
Demetillo and Delia Demetillo, namely:

a. Jonathan H. Demetillo, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident of Purok 2,

Dumalagan, Butuan City,
b. Jean Demetillo Ocson, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Purok 3,
Dumalagan, Butuan City,
c. Jeel H. Demetillo, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Purok , Dumalagan,
Butuan City, and
d. Jerry H. Demetillo, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Purok, Dumalagan,
Butuan City.

We are the lawful owners of a parcel of land located in Barangay Dumalagan, Butuan City
covered by the Transfer of Certificate of Title No. T-16353 consisting of NINE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED SIXTY (9,260) square meters more or less. A copy of the Extrajudicial Settlement is
attached herewith as Annex 1.

Gian Carlo Y. Gaborno and Danielle Aneka Manlapit, both of legal ages, Filipinos and residents
of Butuan City, purchased a portion of the abovementioned parcel of land consisting of FOUR
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHT TWO (4,382) square meters for the amount of FOUR
HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP480, 000) covered by Survey plan No. PSD-13-
034693 and Deed of Absolute sale executed last June 19, 2023. Copies of the Survey Plan and Deed of
Absolute sale is attached herewith as Annex 2 and 3.

It is hereby requested that the new transfer certificate of title under lot no. 4-A be issued in the
name of Gian Carlo Y. Gaborno and Danielle Aneka Manlapit and the new transfer of certificate of titles
for the remaining lots for us.
