October 2, 2023 - First day at the municipal agricultural office. The task that was given to me was to help Ma’am
Anji in her plan of agricultural machines. I just assisted ma’am Anji in what he was doing.

October 3, 2023 - I was instructed to organize papers, receipts and encode forms and letters for farmers who want
to borrow equipment from the agriculture office.

October 4, 2023 - We are doing computation on machine mechanization with ma’am Anji. We searched through
surveys to find out what is the most used agricultural machine in the city of Ipil to find out how to improve it in the
future.

October 5, 2023 – we are still doing research and computation for some machinery that is commonly used for
farmers.

October 6, 2023 – The municipal agriculturist sir, Apao is went to the places where someone reported the illegal
cutting of mangroves, there was no more task left for me, so Ma’am asked me to help clean the office and weed
outside.

October 8, 2023 – The task they gave me today is to make a draft for livestock auction center covered court type
using Autocad.

October 9, 2023 - I continued the work I didn't finish yesterday. I finished drafting the front elevation and roof
framing plan today.

October 10 – since livestock auction center covered court type is my plan, I have to work with the DED of this also.
I estimate the materials needed for the draft I finish 2days ago.

October 11, 2023 – I’m working with DED again to continue estimating the materials needed for this project.

October 12, 2023 - I measured some of the parts of my draft wrong, so i redid my work today.

October 13 – I started again estimating the materials needed and computations for the correct measurements.
