    Dear Sir Albao:

    Greetings of peace and good health from Santiago National High School!

    We are writing to request your good office to transfer the water pipeline (Rosemarie Macesar’s) at the
    back of our school’s stage to the newly-constructed ground tank in order to have enough water supply
    daily. It has been several months now since our school experienced dearth of water supply because we
    only have one source of water. The said water source is not sufficient to supply all the classrooms with
    only one faucet with running water. As a result, we all ended up having stinky comfort rooms and
    withered plants everywhere.
