*Line graph 2:

The line graph gives information about the number of men and women smoking in Someland between
1960 and 2000

In general, there was a downward trend in the amount of men smoking in Someland. However, the
figures for women considerably increased over a period of 20 years before slowly dropped from 1980
onwards.

In 1960, the data of men smoking in Someland was 600 people, which was six times higher than that of
women before decreased to 490 people in 1980. Meanwhile, the figures for women rose twice before
stopped in 1965 to 1970 then hit the high of 310 before stayed unchanged at 310 in 1980.

In the remainder of the period, the quantity of both men and women smoking in Someland witnessed a
slow decrease by 250 and 110 people respectively. There was a wide disparity in the data of men and
women in prime time from 1960 to 1975 and then bridged the gap for the rest of the time.

*Line graph 3:

The line graph illustrates information about the percentage of total music sales by streaming,
downloading and CDs purchasing between 2011 and 2018.

Overall, the percentage of total music sales by streaming saw a significant increase, the opposite is true
for purchasing CDs. Noticeably, the data of downloads has slightly risen since 2011 and then the
downturn began in 2014.

In 2011, the majority of people buying CDs at 55% which was the highest of all sales, while only 5% of
streaming music. Also, although downloading music had been started, it only took 35% of sales and rose
steadily until 2014. From 2011 to 2014, sales of CDs began to fall sharply of 38%, in contrast a marginal
growth of 15% was seen in streaming music and after that it rose more dramatically.

From 2014 onwards, downloading music declined gradually at 30% but this was still higher than physical
sales, which dropped to 25% in 2018. Whereas, there was a considerable increase of over 40% in
streaming which started at the lowest rank in 2011 and then surpassed both of the others sales in 2018.
