Any items that present a H&S risk to anyone working on or entering the site.
CME PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE Any items that are effecting the security of the site.
Any major deviation from approved site design, material or equipment.

Any items that are non service affecting on a fully operational site but require
that minor remedial action is undertaken before a FAC could be issued.
