SUMMARY:
Qualified FTTx Engineer (O&M) with more than 4.8 years of experience in
Telecommunication with hands on experience in operation of various optical fiber wire line.

Work Experience:-
I am currently working with RETROFIT TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD Mathura UP WEST as a FTTx
Engineer (O&M) from 14 August 2019 to till date…

Current job Profile:-

1. I am currently handling manpower as a FTTx FRT and FTMT.
2. To operate all activity with NOC for O&M (intercity & FTTx) purpose without service
affecting as a configuration, LT & NT card addition, trableshoot etc..
3. Making Fiber connectivity for new OLT / FTTx site. Ring completion for new existing OLT
sites.
4. Infra survey for new OLT site, capturing punch point and getting them cleared with the help
of infra team.
5. Handling approx. 300 KM OFC route at UP WEST MATHURA.
6. Analyze the fiber fault & coordination with team to resolve the fault.
7. Has good understanding of RJIL Fiber architecture (ENB and FTTX fiber connectivity).
8. To operate all devices as a OTDR, POWER METER, SOURCE METER for resolving fiber
related issue.

corporation)
3) Fiber loss rectification with respect to Link Plan Do planned outage activity properly without

4) Responsible for Monitoring Team and OFC jointing.
 5) Real Time Co-ordination with field Teams and Technicians for rectification activities if
any location..
6) Generation and execution of planned events and raising tickets.
7) Alarm Monitoring of various network elements through LSMR and online support to field

Cable.
2) Responsible for manual trenching (Labor), Labor Hand Moiling, JCB Machine trenching, HDD
Machine Ducting by Labor and HDD machine pulling.
3) Planning and survey of Route.
4) Responsible for site to site fiber testing by OTDR & Trace save and submit in office.
5) Coordination NOC and O&M Paining team.
6) Responsible for fiber blowing by duct Rodder Machine, Manual Labor blowing .
7) Responsible for AT (acceptance testing) and Route Handover of O&M.
8) Testing of OFC link by OTDR & LSPM.
